Tyler Redmond was born Christchurch and moved to Blenheim in 2013. Tyler has a love of film, photography, drama and music inherited from his mother.
In 2017, Tyler wrote and directed ‘The Controller’ which featured in the Top of the South Film Festival, which saw AJ Monk film nominated for ‘Best Actor’. Tyler was also part of the Top of the South Blenheim team which participated in 48 Hours and made the film ‘Love is a Glitch’.
In 2018 Tyler was a set builder for ‘Brawl in Bakersfield’ and also features as an extra. He also wrote and directed ‘The Plain Murder’ which was submitted to Random Directions and the Top of the South Film Festival.
